Madharry, By FN3 I meant footnote 3... Fair value per the Balance Sheet is $105,827,444 and per the table in Footnote 3 is $105,827,445 - as I said, I don't mean to be picky about $1, but combined with my question about the reference to Note 4 (look at the Aguia Resources Ltd. performance shares reference) I question how much time they spend on reviewing their own financials. Don't get me wrong - I have a position in the stock and I want it to do really well, but at the same time I want to make sure things are sound for all of our sakes.
