The (R)'s think they have a way to keep the TP'ers on the farm. They'll vote "disapproval" every time Obama hikes the debt limit, but fail, since they don't have 2/3 of either house of congress. Then, they can tell their TPers that they voted AGAINST the hike! Are their TP'ers that STUPID? It's a way to do NOTHING on the debt or deficit. Time will tell..
