If you doubt the number then leave the stock. If you doubt, then do not buy-into the stock. Seems the only ones complaining are the same ones calling shareholders at home and work (Richard Johnson (MJ Meyer)) and probing for information! I have heard that Kugler is calling other brokers to see if they own RMIL stock and even giving them the wrong Outstanding Share information! RG
