Golf is hard on the back...and mainly the hips ligaments...Lot of pros have had hip surgery....I am no sport doctor... but that I know from my right hip:))))...i am a lefty. PGD and NES made nice moves today...:))) Too bad ORT didn't follow...It will come !!! Did you get in POP today???
