Hi,

it should be noted that Ericsson doesn't sell the phone for 10 bucks, just the operator. What better way of attracting subscribers to you net, give them a decent phone cheap. Maybe this doesn't work with Qualcom products ? Hell who knows, maybe the operators are subsiding Ericsson 300 bucks and Qualcom 500. Ericsson can spread costs a lot more than Qualcom.

Either way, it's not Ericsson who sets the high street price.
