Venkie I am so nervous right now that I have put an order to sell 75% of my mutual funds and am putting all that money into a money market account. This will execute at today's close and therefore I would have profited from today's rally. Now, I am betting that the stock market will retest its recent lows (6500 anyone?) before decisively moving up. If the rally continues for the next few months(DOW 9000 by march as you predict), I shall feel stupid(for being too conservative). On the other hand, if the market does crash(as I expect it to), I shall buy back my growth mutual funds as well as invest in some quality companies. Good luck!
