scary shit especially that Chinese IPO casino....KISS method buy a bunch of houses in beaten up markets with leverage and let the tenant pay off your debt in seven years..at least 7-10 times your equity built up if prices go nowhere that time....then live off the cash flow debt free the rest of your life..what a country..than you GWB
