I don't see any "critical thinking" involved in hard-headed stubbornness.

If you're so sure that the survivors of tragedy only had random chance on their side and nothing else, period, then that's where you place your faith. In the god of random chance.

After all, despite advances in modern medicine and modern technology, there's just no stopping the god of random chance. All you can hope for is to load the dice.

I doubt you'll understand my point, but hey, if it's "critical thinking" you want, how about putting your own atheism to the test?
