After paid digital 700m plus unknow amount, it is likely intel will settle this one with money again. You can bet intel management will come up with some explaination that it will be good for intel. Remember, when your enemies have a taste of blood, they all want a piece of action. It is the nature of business. derek, an intel investor who hates intel settles.
