RAINERS' EYES WILL POP OUTA HIS HEAD WHEN HE SEES THE INITIAL DEMAND FOR PETER NORTON. Ok guys, all kidding aside. SS called me today. Peter Norton IS DONE! They expect to have product on store shelves by Dec 1 or so. They are finalizing the marketing aggreements and ramping up production, so hold on. Oh by the way, the initial ORDERS for this product is GREATER than any of SYCRS' initial orders on their products! Media Manager should be shipped about the same time. MXMX is discussing which route is better for Media Manager, OEM or store shelves. For those interested, Windows '98 has been pushed out to May or so. SS seems that at that time a downloadable patch would probally only be needed. So two products on their way!! Press releases for both products should be coming within 3 weeks. Press releases should have information of shipments on initial orders. Tim MXMX will not have their own booth at Comdex, however Rainer will provide information and maybe demonstrations at the SYCR booth.
