" Moody's warns it may downgrade US credit rating because of impasse on borrowing limit " Shouldn't it be : downgrade US credit rating to ABC as soon as USA raise the debt-ceiling. downgrade US credit rating to CBA as soon as USA does not raise the debt-ceiling. That is, either way, it's a win, win situation. Awesome.
