News release says new plant will be operational "late 1999". I too wonder about the X-ray. That news may havwe been the damper on CYMI. Who will make the x-ray? Does IBM do it in hosue. Unaware of anyone else that fatr along on X-ray. But I'm only an onlooker. Every point helps. In the mean time, I don't beleive DUV orders will dry up whie the Industry awaits x-ray. If so, a lot of missed opportunities. Don
