Melkon - I have been talking about X-ray litho. for some time now, and I've mentioned that IBM has a big stake in its future, but most people here are in "denial" of that fact. Besides -- don't think that IBM is the only company going the X-ray route. Besides, JMAR, there are others that will follow. Will it impact CYMI? You be the judge. No one wants to believe me.
