It will be taken from the greedy and given to the needy. At least that's the way liberal redistributionists see it. Only problem is that redistribution NEVER works the way they expect it to. The greedy will dodge taxes and the ones who get screwed over are the upwardly mobile. Class mobility then gets killed, but liberals will just say, "Oh that's just because we don't have enough redistribution." Best way to counter that myth is with the facts. Over half of the federal budget is SS and Medicare. Not wars. Tenchusatsu
