While EIPC doesn't meet the criteria of the board yet, I think it is a story worth looking at more closely at this point. I wouldn't say that without the endorsements they have been getting from industry players, in particularly the one in Asia. Even though the drum is beginning to beat and they are gearing up the PR machine, I am mentioning them here early as a potential homerun that is for real. Do some DD and feel free to report anything back here.. It has moved up to 2.5 -3 cents from around 1 cent, but I think this is just starting and can easily see it going to the 10 cents range and remaining there once some numbers are announced.
