Neighbor retired from the NY Mafia. That's a long story. So he's out here in the country and sees people buying old homes in town, making apartments and collecting rent.

He goes into the business and one of his renters is a major dope dealer. Police nailed the dealer then nailed my neighbor for getting rent money from the sale of drugs. Lost the building but got 3 years.
