Of course I got lucky. I actually had a bad guy and a bad cop to go after. There was evidence to be had. The cop was lazy and a liar. There was no prep for trial on thier part as they simply expected the kid to take the felonies and maybe get no jail time. They did not expect a defense much less the shit I dug up. The cop new from day 1 that he was covering up the CI involvement and that the kid was manipulated into the deal. This bastard waited 2 years to drop the charges after we declined deals and said we'd go to trial. I'm more pissed now since I don't have to think about defenses. Now all I think about is offense. Shootie
