JB, Nice to see familiar names back on the thread, and especially buying back shares. Speaking of a buy out, I asked this question many months ago without a response. Perhaps you or someone else could answer it. What are the mechanics of a buy out? In other words, how is it approved or disapproved? In the case of a hostile bid, how is it prevented? If the board or shareholders don't want to sell, is that enough to prevent a sale? Thanking whomever in advance. Roger
