The company's registration statement was declared effective on February 24, 2011: sec.gov There have been no SEC filings since that date. According to the company's last amendment to their S-1, they were looking to raise $50,000 through the sale of 5,000,000 shares at $.01 each. The company has no operations. It is a shell. sec.gov
