Over the weekend, looking at only the indicated values from the NR and using the kitcorockcalc, I get $328/ton for 14mm in indicated resources. That means a "spot / retail" $2.5 billion figure insitu. Applying a 40% discount, I get $1.5 billion insitu value So i'm with you. You realize, your 1.5 billion reconciles to a $25.85 per NKL share. At 2.5 billion, that's 42.80 per NKL share.
