ORT...it is a news driven stock...in the past they have been smart at offering the market laddered releases. One followed by another etc... Without news and in these markets it has to contend with the cheap paper... I still like the risk/reward...but I won't add until I see the momentum clearly switch to the upside. If everything comes together the possible price targets keep me motivated..
