David, Nokia has had the Communicator 9000 for quite awhile. It is a GSM based (European, mostly, digital standard) handheld device. The Communicator does messaging among other things. I forget what all it does, but it's been out for awhile, and is a good seller in Europe. Geoworks announced a month or so ago that they are developing software for the Communicator, in cooperation with Nokia. DK
