if investors begin to believe that the Japanese market had finally bottomed would the Yen then go up as people bought Yen to buy the Japanese market? wonder if it always works that way.. heard some rumours of what the Japanese might propose to back their currency..but I definitely will have to see it to believe it.. also have repeatedly heard Thanksgiving is for the bears but XMAS etc is for the bulls... wonder if anybody cares about the sell off in the oil market..nobody seemed too much to care about the rise..(ie long bond) help (don't think the market will go bear until 1999..isn't it supposed to end in euphoria..not "fear and trembling"..)
