Tough luck, or not. One would think that the level of game participation would decline if there was a common perception that the games were rigged. I certainly would not play if I thought that the cards were not being dealt in a random manner. If you do a Google search for “Zynga poker rigged scam fraud,” it turns up a lot of individual complaints, but no media coverage. If the problems was endemic, you would think that the situation would have attracted the interest of the press.
