Question: does anyone have a good explanation, for why SPWRA is back above $22, while TAN sets new yearly lows? Is TOT going to buy the remaining 40% it doesn't own? Also, why have SPWRA and SPWRB diverged? The ratio between them is way, way outside its LT range:
