I'm not pompous Skeeter. It's just that I experienced gtw service first hand and I find that the nightmare stories that are being told about gtw are a crock. Hence the scarcasm. BTW, didn't you read the post that mentioned that instructions on how to install memory along with all kinds of info on ones gtw computer are included in manuals that should a novice open they might not have as much trouble as is purported. BTW who said instructions are not important???. In closing , get help examining your own attitude concerning gtw. I don't think your up to straightening it out yourself considering your vested interest. Bob
