...yes, exactly! I am very new to index trading, and afterwards, I felt as if I was trading against the trend.

One reason, I think - was that my focus became way too narrow, as I was watching every tick on a real-time intra-day trading screen. Although I made several successful trading choices, identifying some turning points, the delta of the underlying index was not enough to cover much more than the BID/ASK spread of the OEX option.

When I backed off, "zoomed out" from the charts so to speak, and took a longer term perspective on the movements, I realized then that I was trading against the trend. Lesson Learned (^_^)

Tell me more about Ol Red Dog.
