SIDEWARE SYSTEMS OPENS ITS STOREFRONT E-COMMERCE WEB
SITE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - NOVEMBER 17, 1997

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - Sideware Systems* is pleased to announce that it has opened its electronic storefront in conjunction with the Comdex Fall '97 show and will be commercially releasing its line of Concurrent technology products. This marks the first opportunity for customers to purchase Sideware products on-line at sideware.com ! Sideware is an entirely new software category that's designed to make computing easier, more powerful and more effective.

Following the closing of a recent private placement, $1,200,000 has been dedicated to advertising and marketing the Sideware Store and its products. This will generate more activity to the electronic commerce storefront site where marketing efforts can be translated into sales results.

"There is no doubt that this is a very exciting time for Sideware Systems," Owen Jones, President of Sideware Systems states, "we're launching an e-commerce site which will dramatically improve customer access to our products. Sideware has committed to channeling funds to advertising this site and we're pleased to launch these initiatives during Comdex - where we can gain added exposure to our product line from prospective end-users."

The Sideware Store located at sideware.com will feature products that capitalize on our patented Concurrent technology. Tagalongs is a personal annotation product that enhances the functionality of user's desktop applications including browsers. It's the easy way to leave notes relating to documents or date specific reminders! Net Notions is a unique and simple groupware messaging system that takes teamwork to revolutionary new heights! Users can create private and shared notes stored in a server workgroup database. Dr. Bean is the next step for messages associated with e-business web pages, offering suppliers and customers the ability to communicate interactively via real-time messages.

Companies that offer Sideware-type products are encouraged to market their software at the Sideware Store.

*JOT-IT! Software Corp. carrying on business as Sideware Systems, develops and markets computer software that exploits its patented Concurrent technology.
