Riley,
If you can tell us about the issuance of 300,000 Rule 144 legend stock issued on Oct 23rd,1997, you certainly must be able to tell us about the rest. How did you come upon that interesting tidbit?
The clue might come from the chill being lifted. Are these the 300,000 shares (and the only shares) claimed to be owned by Morgan and Breton, simply being re-registered in the name of RMIL?
And you say the 144 stock is in the hands of insiders. What insiders? Only Morgan and Breton appear to be the insiders here, and they have stated publicly they own 300,000.
And I made a mistake about Scott Mayer's (I think I am spelling this right)shares. He says he sold 200,000 out of the 500,000 issued to him for the loan to Morgan.
Your 144 numbers do not add up and you know it. From my perspective, it looks like only the 300,000 Morgan and Breton own are locked up. That could potentially leave 3,071,081 in the float, which you claim to own. Congratulations!
Why didn't the company confirm your numbers today? You certainly seem to have no trouble geting through to them otherwise. (wink) |
