At some point, it's worth buying this one no matter what gold wants to do over the next year.

$2 U.S. in the Bank, trading at $2 3/8 means that you get 1) 54% of NNO stock, 2) the Con Mine, 3) Miramar's other tangible assets and 4)it's future prospects for 3/8.

I think this one's already significantly below liquidation value.
