Just watched it again, and yes, you're right, it was 1.77/share per license. One thing I didn't mention last night is that he clearly said the clay alumina they will be producing will be cheaper than the bauxite alumina the smelters are currently using.

Yes, it does sound almost too good to be true. I keep having to remind myself someone just gave them $57M!
