Jay Taylor is not, nor has he ever been, on the IPM payroll. He does not accept compensation from any company he writes about, either in the form of stock or options.

Jay Taylor is acting as a consultant to LS Capital (CHIP), a company with potential resources in close proximity to Naxos. When Jay took that part time (about 15% of his time, as I recall) position, he disqualified himself from writing about CHIP, other than reporting news announcements.
