Taxi,

Your question about Iraq is interesting. You are now moving from my area of no knowledge (oil), into an area about which I have some knowledge (read; opinion). The interesting thing about Iraq is the fact that they are an easy enemy. Do we really believe that other nations (Iran, Pakastan, S.A., etc.) are not producing these chemicals and bio's as fast as they can? Politics will prevail. We need Iran to move oil to the P. Gulf. We can do without Iraq for this project. Given the choice of loosining the rules with Iran, or tightening the rules with Sadaam, "what is your decision, Mr president?" "What is the most politically expedient". How about this...."We bomb the hell out of Iraq, while at the same time cutting Iran some slack on the oil thing? .. Nobody will notice the Iran deal".

My guess is, that there will be a lot of noise, and perhaps, some smoke. Sadaam will give some and things will return to normal, but there will be a "new deal" with Iran.

It dosen't make any sense except political.

Bob

Oh yeah, please remember, political almost always means $$$$$$$$$$$$$. Follow the dollars.
