I think that one is way to complex for them. It involves math.

They just got used to integration and haven't quite managed to understand why denying gay marriage is discriminatory.

And I guess they didn't pray hard enough for rain or were praying to the wrong gods. The mayan gods were famous for rain sacrifces.

I sent a memo to the governor recommending the slaughter of several goats or maybe a young virgin according to ancient Mayan rituals. I sent him this link for guidance on how to do it.
