I don't follow the company in detail, but if the rumors are true about decreasing pricing power for the shallow guys, I believe that is where PDE is focused. I know NE dumped off all their shallow water jackups on to it earlier this year for a hefty sum. Looks like a smart move right now on NE's part, but we'll have to see how things shake out.
