BobS: That's a good idea too. Given that the principle of ownership is that if you own a % of the company, you should be entitled to the same % vote, it seems wrong to disallow Johnson from voting. If his method works and we build a mine with it, why shouldn't he have the right to vote. Oh well, the deal's been written so let's worry about Ledoux's upcoming assays instead. I just hope we don't emulate IPM! Rand
