Have been using Q H&B 2011 for about 6 months. I was forced to upgrade from expiring 2008 and while there are a few tweaks I don't see much difference. The fundamental programs are similar and run quite well. Good news on the upgrade is there isn't much new learning required. If you need to upgrade I wouldn't hesitate as the install is fast and simple. Intuit has a nice cash generating machine with requiring upgrades every 3 years.
