You have to be a true Obamatron to see Obama's 0-97 budget proposal as a sincere effort, while insisting the Republican passed budget proposal is "radical". A truly brain dead leftist Benen is. No doubt he'll be hailed as some kind deep thinking Josh Marshall type blogger by hypocrites who claimed a few years ago that Bush was the embodiment of evil with 400 billion dollar budgets, while Obama's spedaholic freakshow is all needed and necessary.
