Bob: After all of the delays (which I took to reflect problems in achieving consistent results, either with the fire assay or the recovery process, or both), I took the words "the independent verification program is complete" to mean that the problems had been resolved.

Of course, IPM didn't say that "the independent verification program is complete" meant that their previous claims would be confirmed, but on the other hand, they gave no hint that they wouldn't be.

You were the one who cautioned that their independent verification program may verify much lower levels than claimed. Good call.
