By gifting his mother Samuels found a way to unload stock without having to file a sec filing. Since the gift to his mother will be interperted by the hypers as a normal transaction just a plain gift to mommy, and then when mommy who is no major shareholder sells no one knows. You get the feeling like some one who found counterfet money who just distributes it to anyone that can make use of it. Samuels owns these worthless shares which he cannot sell so he gives a gift to mommy to have some spending money after she sells. GREAT JOB HYPERS.
