Jim, Peter & George,
Thank you for you kind comments. I enjoy investing and I am learning a lot by formalizing my ideas and putting them down in writing.

Peter,
LRY looks great to me here. It takes a week or two to get rolling after a secondary, but the market is different now, so who knows. BED had one ran to 20-1/4 2 days later and then fell as low as 18-3/4 in the turmoil, and now 3 days later is over 20 again. So LXP, LRY and today, PAG should be able to rebound some. LRY and PAG have better growth rates, but LXP looks like a great value also.

George,
I like FAC's last earnings report, but all tre press on the PRT buy of HGI shows how bad some of the poor performing outlets are doing and it's apparent that FAC has some of these also which is scaring some people. I think it's jsut creating a buying opportuinty as it looks like the new management team is much better at leasing than the old one.

REIT's should stay very hot until the Dow sells off below 7550 again.
CEI seems to be the leader and it closed above 37 for the first time since 10/23.

regards,
Richard
