Jesse,

I was reading the latest SEC filing on QDEK's shelf registration, and wanted to revisit their REG.S to try to explain the stocks current situation.

A. Short when the financing is first signed. Get off as much as possible at the highest prices possible.

B. Stock drops and drops under shorting pressure and as QDEK's other problems weigh it down.

C. Soon, as the designated time is up the convertible gets converted to shares, which are used to cover the prior shorts done at much higher levels (up to $6).

But what if, since they have so many shares to sell(cover?), they decide to first sell some converted shares and drive the stock as low as possible, before they start covering?

It would explain why every time the stock trys to pop it gets smashed back down, in the face of good news on the product front.

The only unknown is, where is QDEK in the timeframe of this little pre-scheduled soap opera?

Only that will tell you if the bottom is in, still having to be re-tested at $2 again, or God forbid, lower.

What do you think?

Dwight
