The President doesn't pass anything. He has a power of veto. That's it.

Perhaps that's why the Speaker of the House bypassed him this morning as if he was totally irrelevant, and called Rush Limbaugh AT HOME to explain the new plan, before his show started.

Your loser president can read your phony CNN poll if he wants to feel important. Nobody else thinks he's needed.
