You may have it backwards, it's extremely risky for the buyer, not for the seller... I'm the seller, there's very little risk... is that what you understand? No, I get it right, but my writing is just back-asswards. :--) I understand your post, and the risk on the buyers end. That's like a crap shoot to me. The risk on the seller side is minimal, and I clearly see that. I just dont type and talk so good at times!! :--)
