Ron,

There aren't too many good looking charts out there. I was doing some of that today and there has been breakdowns everywhere. What's interesting is that some of the inconsistencies are stocks trading near their former highs, but with poor looking chart indicators, sell signals ignored etc. I follow charting, but I also look strongly at fundamentals as well. I don't think you can place too strong reliance on any one indicator after a 10 % correction has occurred. All brokerage people I've ever talked to only use charts as another tool in addition to fundamental analysis. My take with voclf is that a key is the fact DT has bought in at $21. This tells me they did their homework and Due Diligence, and would have the capabilities to check everything out to the utmost. Now that indicates to me that $21 should be a floor for this stock and of course it could trade on either side of that price, but the credibility is there with this agreement. Chartwise voclf and lucent look the same and I own both but LU has taken a small hit off the high. That's because everyone knows LU and wants it to be a part of their portfolio. Voclf is a small developmental co. with lots of things to prove yet. Good Luck,

Ted
