I was marketing aftermarket body parts at the time, that fender is a knock off, made in Taiwan for an 1981 Honda Civic.

I sent it to a bumper chroming shop and they chrome plated it for me, then I stuck a clock in it, so I didn't actually make the fender. When we had it hanging in our appraisal center, always got comments on it. Not too many chrome fenders out there.
