KSM drilling this prop (international basin)starting about mid Aug!!
1.0 Summary

The International Basin property, which lies south of Golden and presently totals 94 square

kilometres, was staked in 2007. This report presents the results of two short prospecting programs

run on the property in the 2007 field season, a one day program in mid-August, and a two-day

program in early- to mid-September. Together, these programs, which returned selected samples

yielding up to 145 g/t (4.23 oz/ton) gold and 1530 g/t (44.6 oz/ton) silver, suggest that the property

has the potential to host a precious metals-bearing vein deposit. The veins occur within an

extensive alteration system and are manifest mainly as quartz-Fe carbonate veins that contain

locally abundant base metal sulphides and sulphosalts. Our sampling suggests that it is the

metallic minerals which carry the precious as well as base metals values.

Further work is recommended for the International Basin property, with the focus on

finding both increased width and continuity of mineralized zones to go along with the locally

excellent grades. This may be accomplished in a number of ways, including by discovering veins

which are more highly mineralized but of greater thickness and/or which have better continuity

along strike.
