I clearly had the impression from my conversation with the company today that the news which is pending on the litigation front will be positive. They could not comment any further. The upward movement in the stock price today is encouraging, and as is usually the case with BB stocks, probably means that someone knows something. Based on the chart of the last few months, I was glad to have bought more at the open today, and am looking for a good return this week. This is clearly a stock that shows some short term movement in both directions. David
