Hi Cathi, nice to hear from you. Your insite in this matter is right. To clarify my expectations would be that they, AIRP, would not discount the stock purchase to an outsider like some companies we know.:-) BTW a stock that trades on the VSE can not offer a PP for less than a 15% decrease over the average of the stock trades for a previous period. Rich told me what that period was but can not remember this detail, something like 30 or 60 days. Yes, it looks like the ISSM folks either do not have cash or as you say "are not willing to put their money where their mouth is". How are your doing these days? The market really got going this am. Looks like I can turn another profit on my zero's. Wonder how long I can keep priming this pump. Will keep it up until I either get my butt kicked or it doesn't go back above 7.12%. :-) Have a good weekend. Joan
