Options Media Group Acquires All Worldwide Intellectual Property Rights to
PhoneGuard

BOCA RATON, FL, Jul 27, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- PhoneGuard, Inc., a
subsidiary of Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (pinksheets:OPMG) (otcqb:OPMG),
a leading provider of mobile applications software, announced today that the
Company has acquired all of the intellectual property rights, trademarks, source
code, copyrights and all other assets relating to the Drive Safe(TM) responsible
texting product line. This intellectual property together with all features
contained within the soon-to-be-released comprehensive web-based PhoneGuard
product suite, including the Locating, Tracking, Panic Button, and Geo Fencing
applications, among others, provides a robust state of the art solution for
consumers.

PhoneGuard's Drive Safe phone application disables the texting, e-mailing and
keyboard functions of the mobile phone while in a vehicle moving faster than 10
miles per hour. PhoneGuard and Justin Bieber have joined forces with the Remember
Alex Brown Foundation to create a dialogue with teens and their parents to raise
awareness of the dangers of distracted driving.

Keith St. Clair, Chairman, commented, "This agreement is very important to our
new marketing model for the PhoneGuard product in that we have acquired the
worldwide rights which allow us to give away for free this scaled down version of
the Drive Safe responsible texting product providing the Company with tremendous
exposure on a worldwide humanitarian basis while allowing us strong cross sell
opportunities to offer the full product suite to consumers."

Prior to the agreement, the Company had licenses for North America, South America
and Central America. The Company now owns all worldwide rights greatly expanding
its business opportunities and positioning it to become a global leader in the
growing industry movement for safe driving.

Mr. St. Clair continued, "We are very pleased to have acquired this very
important intellectual property, as it clearly places us in more complete control
of our corporate destiny. The technology we acquired is one of the most robust
mobile application platforms in the industry today and represents a very valuable
asset, with thousands of programming man-hours invested." Mr. St. Clair
concluded, "We have been working hard toward this acquisition for a while now and
are very excited to have it in place as we commence the full product launch of
our Drive Safe offering and really begin to rollout our marketing campaign with
partner Justin Bieber."

Available for BlackBerry and Android smart phones, the Drive Safe application
enables global positioning satellite (GPS) tracking to calculate the speed of
travel while a vehicle is in motion. Once vehicle speed reaches 10 miles per
hour, the Drive Safe application locks the phone's keyboard, preventing the user
from emailing, surfing the web or texting while driving. Other Drive Safe(TM)
features include an Auto-Reply button, a pre-set response that is automatically
delivered to the texter or caller and reads I am driving and will contact you
when I reach my destination; a Request Permission button that allows users to
request permission from the administrator to have functionality of the mobile
phone; and an Admin Override button, allowing the administrator to type in a set
password to override PhoneGuard's System Settings so that specific mobile
functions can be utilized. For example, if a child is riding the bus, Drive Safe
will know he or she is in a moving vehicle and will disable the phone. The child
will then hit Request Permission, which sends a text message to the
administrator. The administrator can then text "yes" back to the disabled phone,
unlocking the phone for 15 minutes. After this time limit, the keyboard will be
disabled again.

PhoneGuard and Justin Bieber developed Drive Safe(TM) as a simpler and free
version of a larger application suite. Their hope is to make Drive Safe(TM)
accessible to as many drivers as possible.
